Guide to a healthier, happier life







1. Find your why
It's so important to understand your purpose and why you are doing what you are doing. Why you are where you are now because otherwise you will struggle moving forwards.


2. Take care of your mind body and soul

3. Eat clean
If you are putting the right things into your body you will begin to feel more awake, more energised. Since starting my 30 days to healthy 
 living  I feel like a completely different person, my body feels healthy!

4. Meditate

5. Do what you want to do
In life you just have to do what makes you happy otherwise you will be living a really miserable life. 

6. Surround yourself with good energy

7. Understand your value

8. Find your people
Know who you want to be around, who makes you feel good and uplifting and who encourages your dreams and ambitions.

9. Love your job

10. Wake up early
Make the most of your days, I think it is so important to wake up and use them hours instead of wasting them.
