Champagne Diet

A few months ago I discovered Cara Alwill Leyba’s blog- ‘ The Champagne Diet’, and let me tell you from the minute I clicked on her page I felt motivated.  After having a little read I realised she was an author of six self- published books. I decided to order ‘ Sparkle’ and see what her intentions were all about and to be honest with you I was never one for reading, I never had the time to just sit down and enjoy a book, but as soon as I started ‘Sparkle’ I was glued to it. Cara taught me how to see things differently and that we should be celebrating life every day.

The Champagne Diet is about celebrating our lives, our bodies, and our health, every day. You should look at Champagne as a metaphor for living more abundantly. People associate drinking Champagne with celebration but why can’t we be celebrating life, celebrating what we have and what we live for. I think it is so important to celebrate the little things in life and enjoy every minute of it. I have always been told “ The secret to having it all is believing you already do”. As long as you feel happy within yourself and with your choices it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, you have to believe in yourself and if you want something tell yourself there is nothing standing in your way – only you. Over this past year I have learnt if I want something out of life I won’t give up and I will work hard until I achieve it. Ditch bad friends, unhealthy relationships and surround yourself with positive people.
